Okay so first, no one needs a coach. Coaching is a results-based experience. This space supports you in creating lasting change by generating new outcomes. Coaching is a good fit for you if you are ready to put in the work to achieve new results in your life.
I believe life and business are absolutely interconnected, one feeds off the other. The inner transformational work I do with clients has a life centered approach (upgrading old belief systems, embodying your inherent worth and wholeness, transforming what’s blocking you, creating behavioral changes that move you towards your goals) which yields powerful outer results in all areas.

I meet with clients anywhere biweekly for 90 minutes per session. This is truly a customized experience.
You also are granted access to Voxer support with me. Voxer is an audio-based app where we can talk privately with each other in between sessions. You receive laser-coaching, reflections and guidance along the way. As a client of mine, you are completely held in this coaching container from start to end!

Nope! I was raised going to both Episcopal & Baptist churches (my parents just couldn’t decide.) Through my spiritual journey I have studied yoga, meditation, ayurveda and been exposed to teachings from both hinduism and buddhism. I feel I am my own melting pot of divine connection. I will not push or project any of my beliefs on to you, I simply share from a clear mind and open heart. Your religious and spiritual beliefs are welcome and chances are, they will expand through our work together.
