Waking up to a life rooted in pleasure, sensuality and my own agency is 100% parallel with the awakening of my divine feminine power, reclaiming feminine energy in my life as a focusing source, what moves me forward before anything else could possibly motivate me.
I used to not let it feel good. Like anything. I formerly would not let myself enjoy …. most things. A vacation, Friday evening with friends, a fancy latte even! I was so wrapped in the swarming field and smoke of hustle, do, achieve, survive – my relationship to pleasure was obsolete. On the outside I really was on a quest to “make it” but on the inside, there was an untouched wound surrounded by low worth programming that had me blocked from being able to live and Be in joy.
Embodiment, feminine energy & reclamation, and connecting to my sensuality changed it all. It changed everything for me.
In the beginning of this journey back home to myself, I was yearning, craving for a deep, unconditional loving connection to myself and my surroundings, to nature, beauty, and love.
To transform and channel my daily drive into what I know now to be devotion.
It started with my body, discovering somatic practices and excavating experiences, like powerful breathwork, energy healing and attunement, slowing my athletic power yoga practice all the way down, dropping into the medicine of ecstatic and expressive dance.
Stepping out of the rigid, willful routines and deciding I wanted ritual.
…Realizing now my life has become one big ritual over time.
I flipped the script on hustle and became the energy of trust, ease and flow.
It wasn’t “easy” at first but it felt so good. And I was hungry for it. I was hungry to be connected to my womb, my inner creatrix. I wanted my success to come from complete surrender, trust and being in absolute alignment with all that I’m creating, putting out into the world and who I’m in relationship with.
A deep inner journey I was ready for and wanted it to be embodied, healing and reflected from the inside out. I’ve had subconscious-altering experiences, sat in many circles of devotion with other women who are reclaiming their deepest power, all while setting ourselves free at the core.
I look at my life now and gratefully see the presence of the Divine Mother everywhere.
Flowers in the bathtub, heart rocks anytime I walk in nature. We realize beauty surrounds us when we wake up to realizing we are an important, intentional part of this beautiful lived experience.
Daily support.
Nourish. I eat nourishing foods, and really slowly. I chant when I cook my food and infuse it with supporting mantra and loving vibration. Pure pleasure in how we nourish ourselves. Eating is a spiritual act.
Sex is a spiritual act. Being in complete exploration and surrender of my body, whether it’s an act of solo expression and connection, or if I am sharing with my partner, things move slow when I want them to, and fast when that’s desired. The act of self sexual pleasure is a deeply devoted practice that has led me straight to the source of self love. I’ve never appreciated myself, my body, my sexuality as I do now, and as result – my ability to create is alchemized. Amplified. My relationship to sexual pleasure is energizing, encompassing, catalyzing to my creative process. Sex helps me be fully expressed. Expressed AF. I use my yoni egg every day. My pleasure tools are crystals and don’t have batteries. This is not about quick fixes and rubs, value your sexual time and space more than that! Really drop into the exploration and experience of profound pleasure. Trust me, this can change your life.
Ritual. Trade your morning and evening (if you even have one) routines for rituals. The difference between a routine and ritual is a deeper, more spiritual connection and conscious intention. Move intuitively, slowly, with an open heart. it can be journaling, walking, swapping your coffee for cacao and sipping it slowly, doing more than just sitting in meditation, but making an offering. Set intentions each day. Letting the sweetness of symbolism have place. Build an altar in your home (it can have anything you want on it!) and sit with yourself in this space each day. Pull cards, cherish your crystals.
A life of intuitive devotion and intentional enjoyment. Walking in nature, laying in the sun, journaling, enjoying the most beautiful music and sounds, all of it is an act of divine devotion and connection. I am a woman who sleeps in when she needs too, soaks in a luxurious bath in the middle of the day when she wants to and builds her business from a place of pure pleasure and enjoyment.
Work in the word. You know this if we’ve personally ever talked about my work, coaching or programs I offer, I become childlike. For one, I am obsessed with the work I do in the world. I believe in the power of everything I offer because it’s a compilation of all the medicine that has been transformational to me. I don’t teach, share, mentor or offer guidance in any kind of practice or modality I haven’t done myself. I’m fully embodied in bringing all of this powerful, divine transmittance to the world authentically. And of course, we pleasure.
And it feels childlike, full of wonder, because well, I’ve been healing her. My inner child, the one who was so receptive and interpreted the pain of others around her as her own, who absorbed the limits of others as her own and thought she didn’t belong anywhere. I’ve gone back and spent time with her, she’s now safe, happy, in her inherent worth, expressed and free. It’s work we all should be doing if we want to forgive our limits, awaken to our gifts and power, and live a life in sovereignty.
Pleasure is the gateway to your freedom. Pleasure is your birthright. Sensuality and Sexuality are the helpers, the conduits to your transformation. Yielding the most impactful result – your personal reclamation of Power. Power is your purpose on this planet.
